With the development of the diversified social life,the differences in the social experience and family background of the junior high school students are expanding,which leads to the obvious differences between the junior middle school students.Under he background of the new curriculum,the teaching of the junior middle school is gradually student-orientated,which adheres to their aptitude.Thus the optional class system naturally goes into the junior middle school class.But in the process of practical application,many problems are to be solved due to the differences in teachers,classes,students and so on compared to the previous teaching model,which requires the researchers to find out the problems from the perspective of management and then put forward feasible solutions to make the layer teaching play a bigger role in the growth and education of the junior middle school students.This article puts forward some feasible solution based on the new curriculum background and some actual situation of the layer teaching management through a series of measures such as questionnaires,interviews,the specific analysis of the current advantages and problems of the layer teaching management.The paper is divided into seven chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction part,which elaborates the significance,the present situation and the trend of the domestic and foreign research of the subject and the research goal and difficulties.It also illustrates the research ideas,the innovation of this thesis and the research methods.Chapter 2 presents the layered system of class teaching and its related concepts,characteristics,theoretical basis and its significance.Chapter 3 introduces the current application of the layered class system from five perspectives.The dimensions of the layered management are involved in the layered standard,the teaching goal setting,management style,layered preparation,classroom contact layer and differencesin carrying out the homework.Chapter 4 introduces the current situation of the layered class teaching management through questionnaires and interviews.Compared with the conventional teaching management,some misunderstandings and problems from the data of the present stage of this kind of teaching management are demonstrative.Chapter 5 puts forward some effective improvement measures respectively from the scientific layered standard system,the research on determining the suitable standard for students,the optimization of teaching staff,strengthening the school resources sharing platform,intensify the efforts to cultivate student management levels and arousing the enthusiasm of students,which can make the layered class system play a bigger role.The last chapter concludes the paper and forcasts the layer teaching system.
