Ordinary high school students academic level and individualcharacter development is put in bigger difference. The traditionalfixed class teaching is hard to meet the students to study theinterest and specialty development needs, to their independentdevelopment and self design caused serious limitations. Therefore,it is necessary to further study of the subject, the existent problemsin further analysis, for high school teaching management to providereference for the work. The ministry of education in2003to issue"ordinary high school new curriculum plan (tests)" requirementordinary high school education to the student individuality’scomprehensive development as the core, according to the studentindividual differences of the teaching and training of high-qualityworkers and professionals. The shandong province education reformand development of the medium and long term plan for "required toset up the comprehensive development and everyone into concept,promote the layer teaching and go shifts teaching reform.
