Recently,H middle school is facing lots of serious problems:the drop of student quality,the study gap among students,the serious study polarization within the same class.In order to make students in different levels develop smoothly,H middle school has taken“layered and mobile teaching system”to implement teaching activities.This thesis is just discussing the class management derived from the layered and mobile teaching system.However,some noticeable problems have been appearing.First,a head teacher is supposed to supervise three classes.So the quantity and difficulty of the workload and class management have been more and more.After taking the mobile teaching system,the students from an executive class are divided into three different classes.The head teacher's work is becoming more and more difficult.Second,the student varieties lead to the lack of effective interaction between teachers;After the shift,if a head teacher wants to know more about the English and math class,he has to communicate with 5 teachers at most.Third,the frequent communication among students makes itself complicated.After the shift,the scope of communication is no longer within an executive class and the“side-effects”of communication has become more and more.Fourth,the cultivation of the mid-level students is often ignored.In fact,most of the students are in mid-level,so they are greatly affected after the shift.Fifth,the teaching mode is new,but the corresponding evaluation mode is conservative and simplex.The evaluation subject,mode and content are simplex.Focusing on the problems above,questionnaire and investigation are taken in the thesis,to analyze problems and then discuss the methods of the problems.First,eliminate the opinion that teachers only care about their own class management,and they should timely correct the students'improper behaviors and thoughts.Intra the study group,they should cooperate with each other.The opinion that they are only in charge of their own students should be eliminated.Second,to find and solve problems in time,the teachers from both executive classand mobile class should communicate more.The teachers'offices should be located“close to space”.And the mobile class teachers should build up the students'subject growing files.Third,cultivate the collective consciousness of classes,establish the core class,and develop the collective positive energy.It is supposed to organize various activities and form a clear class cadre to realize the self-management of the whole students.Fourth,eliminate the negative effects of interaction among students,strengthen the cooperation among students.Besides the ideological education,pay attention to the guidance of the informal group.It is also necessary to make full use of the power of role models and to promote understanding by organizing groups mixedly.Fiflh,adopting diversified evaluation mode.The evaluation methods should include the study effect,attitude,ability and so on.The evaluation subject should contain teachers,students,parents and students etc.The evaluation principle should be objective,scientific,developing and instructive.
