The implementation measure of admission in Zhejiang has followed the new college entrance examination rules entirely since 2017.And the layered and mobile teaching organizational form in this province has been taken into practice in large-scale.This article is divided into seven parts.The first chapter is the introduction.In this chapter,the background,the breakthrough research,the purpose and method are discussed.Chapter two defines the concept of layered and mobile teaching firstly;make sure the dimension of the research based on previous studies;in the end analyze and organize the literature review of the previous research about the layered and mobile teaching management practice from time and space.Chapter three introduces the design of this study: case interview research and following questionnaire research.Chapter four carry out a structured interview with the school management personnel of the ordinary high school in Ningbo from personnel management then extract and record.Chapter five carry out a structured interview with the school management personnel of the ordinary high school in Ningbo from time and space management then extract and record.Chapter six designs the relevant teachers questionnaire investigation based on two chapters above and interview research,describes and statistical analysis of the relevant data,further argument on the difficult problems.Chapter seven gives the present situation analysis and countermeasure advice about practical of teaching administration for layered and mobile teaching system in Ningbo senior high school under the new entrance examination background.The research reveals the main problems that existing in the current education model.There are the contradiction between the pressure of school reform and the shortage of resources needed for the change,the contradiction between the freedom of students' choice and the orientation of teaching management and educating,the contradiction between the early layout of advanced ideasand the pragmatic of school practice.The study gives some advices combined the practical wisdom from the teaching management personnel of this interview with the enlightenment of the questionnaire.Those are to improve the college entrance examination evaluation rules,to expand the total amount of school resources and related autonomous rights,to establish systematic education training mode from bottom to top simultaneously.
