With the reformation of the college entrance examination,the class teaching for model and content need to develop as well.Layered and mobile class teaching just meet the changing needs,it will be the tendency of future teaching mode reform in senior high school.The layered and mobile class teaching model is an organization form of teaching,means need to divided student into several levels,arrange new teaching class according to the student's difference in subjects section,such as the learning level,learning ability,teachers' evaluation,students self-assessment and other aspects,without cancel the administrative class.students choose suitable teaching class base on the actual situation of themselves and teacher's advise,and then while attending the class students need to move to the chosen teaching class.Compared with the traditional administrative class teaching,in the layered and mobile class teaching model,students have the right of choice,mobility,and the teaching content is not similar standard for all students,which is individualize for all students and highly pertinent.This study discussed by literature review,data collection and analysis,questionnaire survey,statistical analysis,interview and etc.Make brief description for the definition of the layered and mobile class teaching model,theory basis and demand of implementation,character analysis,the principles and implement link,for the layered and mobile class teaching model.Taking L senior high school in Chengdu as an example,investigate the actuality of grade one geography mobile class teaching with teachers and students,by the questionnaire investigation and the interview out of class,carry on the statistical analysis to the geography grades before and after implementation.through investigation investigation and analysis,the conclusions as below:(1)The layered and mobile class teaching model of geography stratification class has a greater effect on the higher level students,but it has no obvious effect on the lower level students.(2)There are many problems at the implementation of geography mobile class teaching:there is not enough attention,the effective teaching time in geography class becomes less,the management of daily teaching becomes harder,the students' psychological and learning motivation are effected,the gap of different level is increased.(3)Regard to the existing problems on the process of layered and mobile class teaching,this paper accordingly bring forward a little opinion and measurement,to develop the geography layered and mobile class teaching and be a reference.Strengthen the attention on geography layered and mobile class teaching,set up the trinity management system,develop cooperative learning,introduce a nonmalignant and competitive mechanism,intensify the teaching research and actually carry out the collective preparation,enhance the communication between teachers and students,adjust students psychology,enhance the quality of geography teacher,and strengthen the management of students whose grade is lower.
