Classical Chinese teaching is the most important part of Chinese teaching in junior high school,and it has always received the attention from the Chinese education community.Relevant experts continue to explore new teaching methods and teaching models,but the teaching status of classical Chinese reading is still not satisfactory.Chinese teachers usually spend a lot of time and energy explaining classical Chinese,but some students are still not interested in classical Chinese and their learning efficiency is relatively low.Only by effectively solving these problems can we improve the quality of classical Chinese teaching.In view of this situation,this paper attempts to combine theory with practice,and mainly adopts literature research and investigation methods.In order to absorb the essence of the theory by consulting books on classical Chinese teaching and seeing the teaching records of outstanding teachers.At the same time,to investigate the problems of classical Chinese teaching problems from teachers and students,so as to provide practical basis for the paper.The paper is divided into three parts: the first part is an overview part,which mainly discusses the related concepts and characteristics of classical Chinese teaching,and explores the requirements of classical Chinese teaching in junior high school.The second part is the current situation investigation and problem analysis,which analyzes the current situation of classical Chinese teaching in junior high school through the investigation of teachers and students,sums up the common problems of classical Chinese teaching in junior high school,including the single teaching method,the teaching content of "emphasis on language rather than culture",student's lack of interest,ignorance of extracurricular reading and so on.And the analysis of junior high school classical Chinese teaching problems.The third part is the core of the paper,that is the optimization strategy,which includes setting up a scientific view of classical Chinese teaching,Strengthen reading accumulation to enhance the sense of classical Chinese,focus on "combination of language and culture" to promote understanding and application,innovating teaching forms to stimulate students' interest in learning.And demonstration by combining with the teaching records of the front-line teachers' classical Chinese classroom teaching,so as to test the practicability of the teaching strategies,and provide reference and support for the teaching of classical Chinese in junior high school.
