The Operation Situation,Problems And Countermeasure Research Of The Elderly Care Center In Changzhou D Hospital

In recent years,with the rapid growth of the elderly population,the degree of aging in China is increasing.However,at present,the development speed of China’s pension industry is relatively slow,and the social pressure brought by aging is further increasing.Therefore,the development of institutional pension and other pension models,will also become the only way to alleviate social contradictions.As a mode of institutional pension,the establishment of combination of medical treatment and endowment area in public hospitals has been far-reaching significance for the benign development of pension industry to a certain extent.However,public hospitals have also encountered a series of challenges in the process of promoting the combination of medical treatment and endowment.Based on the public goods theory,two factor theory and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this article selects the elderly care center in Changzhou D Hospital as an example through document,questionnaire,interview and case analysis.This article describes the process of construction,the allocation of resources,management operation,economic operation and social impact,combined with questionnaire and interview,to reach the operation problems of the elderly care center,such as: low efficiency in the use of resources,inadequate compensation,low quality of service,high pressure of medical staff and low occupancy satisfaction.The root lies in:the poor external environment,unclear function orientation,imperfect internal system,lack of skills of medical staff and high demand of elderly patients.By drawing lessons from Chongqing and Shenzhen public hospital of combination of medical treatment and endowment institutions,this article puts four suggestions for a good external environment,such as strengthening policy guarantee,increasing the financial input,perfecting endowment insurance system and constructing integrated administrative coordination mechanism.Besides,this article also puts following three internal measures to improve the operating mechanism: firstly,making clear the function orientation and optimizing internal construction;secondly,improving supporting functions to enhance satisfaction;thirdly,strengthening the training of professional personnel.
