| China's exploration of the old-age service mode and industry has experienced the policy old-age 1.0 era,enterprise old-age 2.0 era,community old-age 3.0 era,and is now in the era of combining medical and nursing care with 4.0 era.The pension mechanism combining medical care with this mode is an emerging service mode spawned by the rapid social and economic development.It pays more attention to the spiritual,cultural and other needs of the elderly,and is a multi-level and all-round resource integration.At present,China's aging population is large in scale,fast in speed,poor in foundation and unbalanced,and the contradiction between pension demand and resource supply is prominent.In order to solve these problems,the state has continuously strengthened the top-level policy design and planning.Under the guidance of the policy,great achievements have been made in the practice of the mode of combining medical care and nursing care.However,there are still various difficulties and problems in the operation.The purpose of this paper is to provide suggestions for the development of the mode of combining medical care with old-age care in the current era in China,optimize the allocation of medical care and old-age care resources,and provide all-round support for the elderly through their whole life cycle.As the epidemic becomes normal,health care has become the immediate need of the current aging society.How to explore a new path of combining medical care with medical care,promote the development of the new industrial chain of combining medical care with medical care,and form a nationwide promotion model requires us to seriously think and explore.Beijing is the first batch of pilot units of the combination of medical and nursing care in China.Currently,several national pilot units of the combination of medical and nursing care have been formed.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore the community medical and nursing care service mode in Beijing for the development and improvement of the model of the combination of community medical and nursing care in China.Under the current macro policy background of Healthy China and Healthy Aging,to accelerate the improvement of the medical and nursing system and enhance the health accessibility of the elderly group,we need to use new understanding,new thinking and new viewpoints to solve the difficulties and pain points existing in the current development process.Therefore,the combination of the article in the Beijing community medical service development model as the research content,in the Beijing community elderly group as the research object,combing the domestic and foreign related research theory and experience,analysis of Beijing community medical development environment and demand environment,at the same time understand Beijing elderly community medical will satisfy the demand of the model and the related influencing factors.In this paper,the healthy aging theory,social support theory,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory as the theoretical support,starting from the perspective of supply and demand,with Anderson model as the overall analysis framework,finally put forward countermeasures and suggestions:To build a community policy network for combining medical care with nursing care,and to enhance the cognitive level of combining medical care with nursing care;To build a community intelligent service network combining medical and nursing care,and to provide fine chemical,medical and nursing care services;To build a social support network for the combination of community medical care and medical care,and promote the combination of multi-subject medical care and medical care;We will build a community network of integrated medical and nursing care services to meet the multi-level needs of integrated medical and nursing care.We still have a long way to go before the integration of medical care and care for the whole people.Only by walking this road can we truly realize that the old people have access to medical care and enjoy their lives. |
