Research On The Innovation Of Community Old-age Care Model Of "Combination Of Medical Care And Nursing" In Cities Of China

Since the Nineteenth National Congress,our country has continuously innovated the existing pension service model,deepened the connotation of pension service,and the community pension model with the combination of medical care and maintenance has become a new hotspot of research.Understanding the current situation of the development of community health care integration and exploring the existing problems and main reasons of community health care integration are not only hot topics in current academic research,but also important issues to be solved in the construction of community old-age care in China.Through innovative research on the mode of combining medical care with community care,further integration of community health care resources and improvement of the quality of community care for the elderly have important theoretical and practical significance for the standardization and standardization of community health care services in China.Taking the topic of "Innovation Research on Community Old-age Care Model of Urban Medical Care Integration in China--Taking Xi'an City as an example",this paper tries to apply the theoretical frameworks of "Social Embeddedness Theory","Welfare Pluralism Theory" and "Level of Needs Theory",and comprehensively uses the research methods of questionnaire,mathematical statistics and qualitative analysis to explore the existing problems and the formation of community medical care integration.Because.Starting from the current situation of community endowment and combining with the advanced pilot experience at home and abroad,we should furtherinnovate the connotation of community endowment service mode of urban medical care combined with community endowment,and effectively solve the practical problems of the elderly,such as "difficulty in seeing a doctor","difficulty in nursing" and "spiritual emptiness".In view of the diversity of the main body in the construction of community old-age care,we should take a comprehensive view of its practical problems from various perspectives.This paper holds that we should further improve the policy of "combination of medical care and maintenance",improve the financing channels and personnel training system,break administrative barriers;at the same time,implement the hierarchical medical service system,improve the level of community medical resources allocation,and establish and improve the social volunteer service mechanism.The innovation of this paper is to further integrate the concept of "combination of medical care and maintenance" into the community pension model,extend the scope of service from pension institutions to ordinary communities,and open up new ideas for community pension construction.
