Research On The Way Of Combining Medical Care And Elderly Care In H District Of Huangshi City

People's continuous exploration of natural and social sciences has pushed forward the continuous progress of science and technology and promoted the development of medical and health care.At the same time,people's living conditions have been greatly improved,resulting in the average life expectancy of human beings increasing year by year and the ageing of the population becoming an inevitable trend in social development.The ageing of the population has been deepening in recent years,and the healthcare and elderly services management systems are independent of each other,a situation that can no longer accommodate the needs of the elderly for a full range of healthy elderly services.In this context,in order to address the needs of the elderly in China and to improve the quality of elderly care,the State first proposed the concept of "integration of medical care" in 2013,advocating the development of this new type of elderly care,and selected pilot cities nationwide to carry out the work of integration of medical care from 2016 onwards,with a view to providing practical reference value for the integration of medical care nationwide.In 2016,pilot cities were selected nationwide to carry out the integration of medical and nursing care,with a view to providing practical reference value for the integration of medical and nursing care nationwide.After collecting and collating relevant information,we have learnt that countries around the world have entered into the ageing society in different sequences,for example,France has a history of more than 150 years.They have accumulated quite mature experience in the integration of medical and elderly resources.After a long period of exploration,foreign developed countries have developed a combined medical and nursing care model for the elderly,which is mainly based on long-term care,and is able to provide appropriate services for the elderly who need care and medical care.Due to the late ageing of China,the research on the combined medical and nursing care model has not yet been fully researched.Most of the research in China has focused on the definition,service mode,problems and suggestions for improvement.Therefore,based on the theories of welfare pluralism and hierarchy of needs,this paper selects Huangshi City,a small city,as the research object,and studies the development of its combined medical and nursing care approach through field visits and literature analysis.The first step is to summarise and analyse the current situation of the development of the combined medical and nursing care approach in Huangshi City,taking into account the ageing population in H District.The second step is to analyse the difficulties faced in the development of the integrated healthcare approach in Huangshi City based on the research situation in Huangshi City:the heavy financial burden on families,the imperfect evaluation and supervision system,the insufficient awareness of the integrated healthcare approach and the lack of professionals in the integrated healthcare sector.The reasons for the dilemma are insufficient financial investment,poor reimbursement by medical insurance,lack of clarity in the main body that regulates the combined medical and nursing care approach,imperfect policies,insufficient publicity of the combined medical and nursing care approach,and inadequate guarantee mechanism for professional talents.Finally,with reference to the mature experience of the integration of medical and nursing care in foreign developed countries,the following countermeasures are proposed to improve the development of the integration of medical and nursing care in Huangshi City:speed up the construction of information technology of medical and nursing care,give full play to the leading role of the government in the integration of medical and nursing care,strengthen the training of professional talents in the integration of medical and nursing care,optimize the salary and treatment system of practitioners in the integration of medical and nursing care,and increase the investment in the "integration of medical and nursing care" in community home care."This paper takes Huangshi City H as an example.This paper takes Huangshi City District H as an example to study the development of the combined medical and nursing care approach,analyse and discuss the problems that arise during its implementation,and put forward rationalised suggestions.
