Research On The Service Model Of Integrated Medical And Nursing Care For The Elderlyin Community In Guangzhou

With the rapid growth of China's aging population,China has entered an aging era comprehensively and rapidly.However,in China,the development speed of pension service is far behind that of the aging population.The health problems of the elderly brought by the aging population have been paid more and more attention,and the pension system has been put forward higher and higher requirements.At the same time,the imperfection of the pension service system and the outdated concept of pension also cause the imbalance between supply and demand in the field of pension service.To solve the problems of old-age care and medical care is an inextricable task in an aging society.The combination of medical care and pension can not only narrow the gap between medical security and pension security,open the "last mile" of healthy pension,but also improve the quality and efficiency of pension services,and actively respond to the aging population.The future development strategy of our country is to optimize the elderly care service and solve the problem of population aging.As the main mode of the current elderly care mode,community-based elderly care and home-based elderly care will be analyzed in this paper.Through the analysis of the service mode of the combination of community-based elderly care and medical care in Guangzhou,the obstacles of the construction of the elderly care service system of the combination of medical care and elderly care will be studied,and the path to promote the construction of the service system of the combination of medical care and elderly care will be analyzed.From the perspective of the current situation of the community home-based elderly care combination mode in Guangzhou,this paper studies the barriers of the service mode.Starting from the research background,through the study of domestic and foreign literature on the combination of medical care and community-based elderly care,it establishes the purpose and significance of the topic.Then,this paper defines the concept of the combination of community home-based elderly care and medical care,combs the relevant theories for this paper to lay the research foundation.Next,through the investigation and interview of the community home-based elderly care combination mode in Guangzhou,combined with the development process and experience,collecting and sorting out the statistical data,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the combination mode in Guangzhou,and constructs the community home-based elderly care combination service mode according to the problems,and finally draws the conclusion.According to the research in this article,in the community-based home elderly care service,there is still an overall policy design that the supply and demand of community home-based care for the aged combined with medical care are misplaced,and the demand is not fully met.Needs to be strengthened,and effective resources are not adequately coordinated.There is a lack of capital investment,incentives for front-line staff and professional talents.The professional capabilities of service personnel are weak and long-term support mechanisms are not enough.Social entities are insufficiently involved in grassroots integrated medical and nursing services,and a multi-participation and complementary operating mechanism has not been established.Community home medical and nursing integrated elderly care services are not sufficiently publicized and promoted,and the use of informatization methods needs to be strengthened.In view of the construction and implementation of the community home care and elderly care service model,this article believes that the community home care and elderly care service should be improved.We should strengthen and improve government guidance to promote the implementation of community home care and elderly care services.We should integrate all resources,promote the implementation of community home care and elderly care services,build a medical and care integration information platform,and improve and standardize community home care and elderly care services.
