A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Elderly People's Choice Of Community-based Medical Care And Pension System In Zhengzhou

In 2000,China began to enter an aging society.With the substantial extension of human life expectancy and the weakening of the younger generation 's willingness to give birth,the aging situation has become more serious,and it has shown the typical "before getting rich" feature.The aging of the population brings a series of social problems.The pension system has a relatively direct impact.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the integrated development of elderly care services and medical care.It can be seen that community home medical care and elderly care services have high expectations as a new model of elderly care.Therefore,exploring the construction of a community home medical care and integrated service model is an important starting point for the development of the people's livelihood security business,the cultivation of the elderly service industry,the promotion of consumption upgrades and employment.The purpose of the article's investigation is to analyze the influencing factors of Zhengzhou's elderly people's willingness to choose a community home-based care model,in order to provide a theoretical basis for building a community home-based care system.Based on the research of related issues in this field by domestic and foreign experts and scholars in recent years,based on the theory of demand hierarchy,welfare pluralism,and healthy aging theory,and taking 60-year-old and above as the survey object The willingness to choose the model is investigated,using empirical research methods,based on reading a large number of documents,the self-designed questionnaire for the willingness of the elderly community community home care service model is designed,and a questionnaire survey is conducted on 206 elderly people;theAnderson behavior model is used as the theory Analyze the framework,put forward the assumptions of prerequisites,enabling factors and demand factors on the choice of pension model,and then verify;use descriptive statistical methods to describe the basic situation of the elderly,and use single factor analysis to choose the community home pension model for the elderly The influencing factors of willingness were preliminarily analyzed,and binary logistic regression analysis was used to further analyze the influencing factors of the elderly's willingness to choose the community home care model.The results of the study show that there are potential needs for the community-based combination of home-based care and elderly care;gender,occupation,and medical care service facilities affect the willingness of the elderly to choose the home-based combined care-and-care model;the better the physical health of the elderly,the more inclined to choose home-based combined care and care The conclusion of the model.Therefore,it is proposed to play the leading role of the government,plan and guide the community home medical care combination model;build an integrated service platform to effectively integrate the community home medical care and care;establish a needs assessment mechanism to accurately target differentiated services;popularize the knowledge of the new pension model and help Suggestions for raising the awareness of the elderly.
