The Clinical Study Of Erbai Ointment In The Treatment Of Hand Keratosis Eczema (blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness Type)

Objective:①To compare the therapeutic effects of external application of Erbai Ointment and Zinc Oxide Ointment on the treatment of keratotic eczema lesions and their symptoms by JHS score,and provide data support for their later clinical application and promotion.②Compare the VAS score to explore the therapeutic effect of Erbai Ointment and zinc oxide ointment on the degree of conscious pruritus in patients with keratotic hand eczema,and provide data support for its later clinical application and promotion.③To verify the safety of Chinese medicine Erbai Ointment for its later development and research.Method:A prospective randomized positive parallel-controlled high-efficiency clinical trial was conducted to investigate the random number table to generate random sequences.The envelope method was used to achieve random hiding.The subjects were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group.The sample size is estimated using the PASS software.The experimental group was treated with Chinese herbal preparation Erbai Ointment,and the control group was treated with zinc oxide ointment.The subjects followed by a uniform standard of application,once every morning and evening,for 28 days.Three time nodes were observed:before treatment,14 days of treatment,and 28 days of treatment,respectively.JHS and VAS scores were recorded.JHS scores measure the extent of the lesion and its symptoms and VAS scores measure the degree of itching in the subjects.Besides,during the study,the adverse reactions of the subjects were recorded and processed in time.Result:Of the 92 subjects who completed the study,the number of female subjects was 1.3 times that of male subjects;most of the ages were between 50 and 65 years old;occupational distribution was more extensive,but the highest proportion is retirees;BMI index≥24,people in the overweight range are more likely to have the disease.The disease can reappear often and difficult to heal,the average duration of this disease is more than 4 years.And the longest duration has been more than 40 years.18 subjects are known to have a clear history of allergies,including drugs,food,plants and contact substances.Of the subjects enrolled,7 were kinship and were jointly enrolled for treatment.A total of 21 patients reported that their relatives also suffered from allergic diseases;most patients did not undergo or adhere to systemic therapy.Only 12 patients were treated with an oral or topical drug,but the effect was a little.There were no adverse reactions reported in Erbai Ointment during the study period.At the 14th day of treatment,the total effective rate of lesions and symptoms was 63.27%in the test group and 46.51%in the control group.The total effective rate for pruritus was 70.21%in the test group and 27.78%in the control group.At 28 days of treatment,the total effective rate of lesions and symptoms was 97.96%in the test group and 83.72%in the control group.The total effective rate for pruritus was 95.74%in the test group and 58.33%in the control group.Statistical data showed:①Intra-group comparison:JHS score and VAS score before experiment and 14 days after treatment are statistical different.JHS score and VAS score before experiment and 28 days after treatment are statistically different;JHS score and VAS score 14 days after treatment and 28 days after treatment are statistical different.②Control group comparison:JHS score and VAS score before experiment and 14 days after treatment are statistical different.JHS score and VAS score before experiment and 28 days after treatment are statistically different;JHS score and VAS score 14 days after treatment and 28 days after treatment are statistical different.③Comparison of curative effect between the two groups:There was no statistical difference in JHS score between the two groups before treatment.The VAS score was statistically different,and the VAS score of the control group was lower than that of the test group.The JHS and VAS scores of the two groups did not have between the two groups.Statistical differences,but JHS efficacy and VAS efficacy were statistically different;JHS and VAS scores and efficacy were statistically different between the two groups.Conclusion:Erbai Ointment and Zinc Oxide Ointment are effective for keratotic hand eczema,and the therapeutic effects of both are continuously increasing during the 28 days.For the improvement of the lesion area and its symptoms,the effect of Erbai Ointment is slightly better than that of zinc oxide ointment.For the improvement of the degree of itching,the efficacy of Erbai Ointment is significantly better than that of zinc oxide ointment.And the second white cream has not reported adverse reactions,and the drug is safe and stable.This study shows that Erbai Ointment is effective in treating keratotic eczema in hand,safe and stable,and has no abnormalities in drug properties,color and odor.It is suitable for clinical therapeutic application and promotion.
