Clinical Observation Of Huoxuexiaozhen Decoction For Treating Chapped Hand Eczema With Blood Stasis And Wind Dryness

Objective : To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Huoxuexiaozhen Decoction in treating chapped hand eczema caused by blood stasis and wind dryness.Methods :Sixty patients of chapped hand eczema with blood stasis and wind dryness who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Using the random number table method,random in 2 groups,control group 30 exceptions apply compound clobetasol propionate ointment;On the basis of the control group,the treatment group to take self-made Huoxuexiaozhen Decoction.The patients were instructed to avoid exposure to stimuli such as alkaline lotion and to observe the scores of HECSI,skin lesion area,skin lesion performance,pruritus after one month of continuous administration.Record the efficacy score and any adverse reactions after medication.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to compare the difference of curative effect between two groups.Results : According to the statistical results,10 cases were cured in the treatment group and 15 cases were effective in the treatment group,and 2 cases in the control group were cured and 15 cases were effective.The total effective rate in the treatment group was96.67%,which was higher than that in the control group(83.33%).Compare two groups of comprehensive curative effect,there were statistical differences(P < 0.05);In terms of lesion area,9 patients in the treatment group had complete regression of lesions,the total effective rate was 76.67%;There were 2 cases of complete regression of skin lesions in the control group,the total effective rate was 63.33%.There was a statistically significant difference between the curative effect of skin lesion area in the two groups(P<0.05).In terms of pruritus,15 cases of pruritus disappeared completely in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 93.33%,and 9 cases in the control group disappeared completely,the total effective rate was 83.33%.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the curative effect of itching(P < 0.05).The scores of HECSI,lesion area,chapped,keratosis,pruritus degree were lower than those in the control group 1 month after treatment,Each score were significantly lower than the control group,there was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).The results showed that both two groups all have certain curative effect,treatment and the curative effect of treatment group were better than that of control group(P < 0.05).There was no obvious adverse reactions in both groups,during the treatment period,and the recurrence rate of the treatment group was low.Conclusion : Huoxuexiaozhen Decoction is safe and effective in treating chapped hand eczema with blood stasis and wind dryness.
