Clinical Study Of Nourishing And Moistreatment Of Chronic Hand And Foot Eczema (Blood Deficiency And Wind Dryness)

Objective:Taking combined traditional Chinese medicine therapy on chronic hand and foot eczema (blood deficiency and wind dryness)?We usenourishing and moisturizing powder balne otherapy with Chinese angelica Yinzi and Ke Corvette lip repair cream in treating chronic eczema,compaired with warm water immersion therapy. And then assess the curative effect integral and comprehensive therapeutic effects before and after the treatment.Meanwhile we will evaluation the safety and efficacy of the price of nourishing and moisturizing powder medicinal bath therapy objectively.Methods:Randomly divide the 76 chronic hand and footeczema (blood deficiency and wind dryness) subjects who are meeting the inclusion criteriainto into two groups,treatment group and control group.The treatment group is given nourishing and moisturizing powder balne otherapy,while control group is given warm water immersion therapy.They are all treated for 4 weeks,and two day one time,each time for 30 minutes.Dangguiyinzi Decoction(granules) and Ke corvett run repair were given to both for 4 weeks.In this process the curative effect score and local adverse reaction were recorded before and after treatment.At last the curative effect was evaluated by statistical software SPSS 17.0.Result:1.The curative effect index were respectively compared within groups before and after treatment.We get the same result,P<0.05,which means there is statistically significant difference,explaning that erythema,edema, infiltrated papules, skin peeling off erosion, lichenoid variable, the degree of itching, drying have improved.2. Compair the comprehensive efficacy between the two groups,P>0.05,we conclude that the difference was not statistically significant, the two groups showed no difference in the total effec of the groups.3.Comparison of each curative effect among groups shows that in the area of the degree of itching,P=0.006<0.05? dring,P=0.019<0.05,there was statistically significant,the rest of the index,P>0.05,there was no statistically significant,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving chronic hand and foot eczema the degree of itching and the drying,curative effect of other indexes had no difference.4.No obvious adverse reaction occured in two groups, that nourishing and moisturizing powder bath therapy is safe and reliable.Conclusion:1.Two groups can all obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the chronic hand and foot eczema (blood deficiency and wind dryness) of the patients;2.There was no difference between nourishing and moisturizing powder medicinal bath therapy warm water immersion therapy in the comprehensive curative effect,while in the symptoms of alleviate the degree of itching and dry, Skin powder medicinal bath therapyis better than warm water immersion therapy;3.nourishing and moisturizing powder is the effective external use of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic hand and foot eczema (blood deficiency and wind dryness), with no obvious adverse reactions, and is safe for external use, whic is worth of clinical application.
