Clinical Observation Of Wet-Wrap Therapy Combined With Oral Angelica Yinzi In Treating Chronic Eczema Of Hand,Foot And Blood(Syndrome Of Deficiency Of Blood And Wind)

Objective:By observing the improvement of the main symptoms and signs of patients with chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness)treated with Wet-wrap therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine orally and externally used for the treatment of chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome),comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy of Wet-wrap therapy is provided for the treatment of chronic eczema of hands and feet More clinical options.Methods:A randomized,controlled method was used in this subject.A total of 72 patients with chronic eczema(blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome)that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a test group and a control group by the random number table method(random number table generated by Excel software).group.The control group received basic treatment(oral Chinese medicine preparation Angelica yinzi and external rubbing Chinese medicine ointment(Shehuang cream + Yufu cream));the experimental group used Wet-wrap therapy and basic treatment.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed up at 12 weeks.Before treatment,weekly treatment,and 12 th week after treatment,patients were scored for each effect of skin lesions and quality of life,and the adverse events and recurrences during the study were recorded.Statistical analysis of curative effect was performed using SPSS22.0 statistical software.Results:(1)Comparison of the scores of various skin lesions in the two groups before and after treatment.The scores of all skin lesions in the test group were compared with each other P <0.05,indicating that the differences in the scores of skin lesions before and after treatment were statistically significant.Treatment in the test group can improve erythema,pimples,exfoliation,exudation/crusting,lichenification,pruritus,and affected area of chronic eczema of hands and feet.Except for the affected area(P> 0.05)in the control group,the comparison of the scores of all other indicators was P <0.05,indicating that the difference in the points before and after treatment in the control group was not statistically significant except for the difference in the area area.The differences in scab,lichenification,and pruritus scores were statistically significant.Treatment in the control group could improve erythema,pimples,exfoliation,exudation/crusting,lichenification,and pruritus in chronic eczema of hands and feet.However,there was no improvement in the affected area of the lesion.(2)The comparison of the EASI score and the total disease score before and after treatment between the two groups was greater than 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in the EASI score and the total disease score of the two groups,and there was no significant difference in the overall efficacy of the two groups for patients with eczema;(3)Comparison between the two groups before and after treatment,the test group is better than the control group in the improvement of epidermal peeling,lichenification,and itching,and has no advantage in the efficacy of the other indicators.(4)Very few patients in the test group had slight discomfort during the treatment due to the wet skin lesions.After the treatment,they were basically moisturized and basically relieved.The patients in the control group did not have any significant adverse reactions during the treatment.Conclusions:Wet-wrap therapy combined with basic treatment(oral Chinese medicine preparation Angelica yinzi and external rubbing Chinese medicine ointment)has definite curative effect.It is better than basic treatment alone in improving epidermal exfoliation,lichenification and reducing itching.High safety,worthy of clinical application.
