| Objective:The purpose of this project is to observe the clinical effect of light moxibustion on leukopenia after chemotherapy of lung cancer through a randomized clinical trial.Methods:Sixty patients with leukopenia after lung cancer chemotherapy were selected from the Oncology Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Hunan Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The control group was given conventional chemotherapy,combined with anti allergy,anti acid,stomach protection,anti emesis,liver protection and other pretreatment;in case of leukopenia,G-CSF was injected for symptomatic treatment.The treatment group was treated with light moxibustion on the basis of the control group,and the course of treatment was 21 days.The results of leukocytes,neutrophils,platelets,safety indexes,KPS score,total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and other related indexes of the two groups were observed 1 day before treatment,7 days,14 days after treatment,and 7 days after treatment.Results:(1)comparison of WBC between the two groups:there was no significant decrease in the control group(P>0.05),but there was significant decrease in the treatment group(P<0.05);After treatment,there was a significant difference in WBC difference between the two groups(P<0.05).indicating that the light moxibustion group was better than the simple Shengbai needle group in improving leukopenia after chemotherapy of lung cancer.(2)KPS score comparison between the two groups:There was significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of total scores of TCM syndromes:after treatment,both groups were improved compared with before treatment,with a strong difference(P<0.05);After treatment,there was a significant difference in the integral difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)leukopenia is easy to occur in patients with lung cancer after chemotherapy,and the use of Shengbai needle can increase the white blood cells,but combined with light moxibustion,it can slow down the speed of white blood cell reduction,so that the next stage of chemotherapy can be continued;(2)the light moxibustion therapy can not damage the liver and kidney function;(3)the use of light moxibustion can not damage the liver and kidney function Conclusion:Lamp moxibustion therapy can improve the general physical condition and quality of life of patients with tumor chemotherapy.It has certain clinical effect and application value. |
