Clinical Study Of Buqi Shengxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Leukopenia (Qi And Blood Deficiency Type) After NSCLC Chemotherapy

Objective : This Topic applies Buqi Shengxue Decoction to treat leukopenia(deficiency of Qi and blood)after NSCLC chemotherapy,in order to clarify its curative effect,treat leukopenia and its related symptoms through syndrome differentiation and treatment,and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods:Seventy-two NSCLC patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy in the Department of Oncology and Hematology,chuangchun TCM university HOSPITAL from January2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,and clinical trials were conducted.The inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of clinical research were formulated.Referring to the 2nd edition of Practical Oncology Internal Medicine edited by Zhou Jichang,72 eligible cases were divided into experimental group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1.The experimental group was treated with Buqi Shengxue Decoction and the control group was treated with Qijiao Shengbai Capsule.The experimental group was treated with Decoction of Buqi Shengxue Decoction,once a day,twice a day for 14 days.The changes of white blood cells were observed by blood routine test on the first day,the seventh day and the fourteenth day of treatment.The control group was treated with Qijiao Shengbai Capsule,four capsules at a time,three times a day for 14 days,and the white blood cells were observed by blood routine test on the first day and the seventh day of treatmen,and on the fourteenth day of treatment.Before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms,karst score and quality of life score of traditional Chinese medicine were compared,and the curative effectwasevaluated objectively by spss.22.0.Results:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate of leukocyte elevation(P > 0.05),indicating that the effect of Buqi Shengxue Decoction and Qijiao Shengbai Capsule on leukocyte elevation was similar.There was no significant difference in Karl's score into two groups(P > 0.05).The results showed that Buqi Shengxue Decoction and Qijiao Shengbai Capsule had similar effect in improving Karl's score.There was significant difference in TCM syndrome score between the two groups after treatment(P <0.05),which indicated that Buqi Shengxue Decoction was superior to Qijiao Shengbai Capsule in improving TCM syndrome.After treatment,there was no significant difference in the total score of quality of life into two groups(P > 0.05);among the three items of sleep,fatigue and constipation,there was significant difference(P < 0.05);among the other items,there was no significant differenceinto two groups(P > 0.05);indicating that Buqi Shengxue Decoction could improve the quality of life of cancer patients as a whole and Qijiao Shengbai Capsule.The curative effect is similar,but it is better than Qijiao Shengbai Capsule in sleep,fatigue and constipation,and there is no obvious adverse reaction.Conclusion:The results show that Buqi Shengxue Decoction can effectively increase peripheral blood leucocytes,improve clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of cancer patients without obvious toxic side effects.It provides a safe and effective method for clinical treatment of leukopenia(Qi-blood deficiency type)after chemotherapy for malignant tumors.
