Objective:Evaluation of clinical efficacy of moxibustion on leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors by Meta-analysis?Methods:The use of electronic networks and manual search for cross-search methods, the Chinese literature database selection:China Knowledge Network Chinese Journal of database(CNKI,1970.1-2017.12),Wanfang database(WangFang,1970-2017.12),Chongqing VIP database(VIP,1970.1-2017.12),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM,1970-2017.12);Selection of Foreign Libraries:Randomized published in the database of Pubmed(1970-2017.12)and Cochrane Library(1970-2016.12)on leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors Controlled clinical trial literature. The language is limited to Chinese and English.Strictly according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, the classified documents are searched and the results are strictly in accordance with the Meta analysis common software Review manager5.3 analysis?Outcomes include:apparent efficiency;efficiency;inefficiency;total efficiency.Search results A total of 779 cases were included in the 10 articles that met the inclusion criteria. All the articles included in the literature were randomized controlled clinical trials of white blood cell leukocyte chemotherapy for leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant neoplasms.Seven of them were included in the literature.Random allocation methods were used, and the rest only referred to "random".All the literature did not mention blinding and allocation concealment.Meta-analysis:(1)Moxibustion has a great advantage in increasing the total clinical efficacy of white blood cell drugs.Tau=0.03,Chi2= 43.91,df=9(P<0.00001):I2=80%>50%indicates that there is heterogeneity,so the random pattern can be selected, and the random effect model Meta analysis result RR = 1.22[95%(1.07,1.39)]and the effect amount test Z = 3.01(P=0.003<0.005).Statistically significant.(2)The clinical efficacy of moxibustion is more advantageous than the commonly used leukocyte-enhancing drugs. The heterogeneity test results are Tau=0.10,Chi2=26.27,df=9(P=0.002<0.05):I2=66%>50%showed heterogeneity across studies;random pattern analysis, random effects model analysis combined Meta statistical analysis results RR-1.48[95%(1.15,1.92)],effect value test Z = 2.99(P= 0.003<0.05),has statistical significane.(3)Moxibustion is lower in clinical inefficacy than commonly used leukocyte drug, heterogeneity results Tau = 0.00,Chi2 = 8.59,df = 9(P= 0.48>0.05):I2 = 0%<50%,which means different The qualitative model is small and the homogeneity is good. Therefore, the fixed model can be selected, and the fixed effect model Meta analysis result RR=0.27[95%(0.19,0.39)]and the effect quantity test Z=7.05(P<0.00001<0.05).Shows statistical significance.(4)The clinical efficacy of moxibustion is similar to that of commonly used leukocyte drugs.Heterogeneity results:Chi2=3.99,d=9(P=0.91>0.05),I2=0%<50%.Because of its low quality and good homogeneity,it is possible to select a fixed pattern, select the fixed effect model Meta analysis result RR=0.930[95%(0.75,1.13)],and the effect amount test Z=0.75(P=0.45>0.05).The two groups showed no statistical significance. Conclusion Moxibustion is more effective than conventional leukocyte-reducing drugs in treating leukopenia after chemotherapy for malignant tumors.
