| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of ginger moxibustion in the treatment of leukopenia due to spleen-kidney yang deficiency after chemotherapy for lung cancer by studying the changes of TCM symptoms,TCM symptom scores,white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil(NEUT)count,functional status(KPS)score and safety indicators.Methods: Sixty patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and 56 cases were finally completed,including 28 cases in the treatment group and 28 cases in the control group.Both groups received basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with ginger moxibustion + oral caffeic acid tablets.The control group was treated with oral caffeic acid tablets,0.9 g once,3 times a day.Both groups were treated continuously for 21 days.Both groups were bled and recorded the white blood cell,neutrophil counts and aspartate aminotransferase in liver and kidney function before,7 days,14 days and 21 days(after treatment),record the efficacy of TCM symptoms after treatment,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,KPS score,safety indicators,the data obtained using SPSS 22.0 for statistics Learning analysis.Result:1.The efficacy of TCM symptoms: After treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 85.7%,and the effective rate of the control group was 64.29%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the TCM symptom of the treatment group was better than the control group.2.TCM symptom scores: After treatment in the two groups,the treatment group had less symptoms of TCM and less dizziness than TCM in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group had the main symptoms of fatigue,waist and knees,Shortness of breath,loose stools,chills and colds and TCM of Chinese medicine were improved compared with the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of TCM.3.Within the group,the white blood cell and neutrophil counts were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The white blood cell and neutrophil values were compared with the treatment for 7 days.Decreased(P<0.05);the levels of white blood cells and neutrophils were increased in the two groups compared with the treatment for 14 days(P<0.05);the treatment group was treated 21 days higher than the number of neutrophils before treatment(P <0.01),the control group had no significant difference compared with before treatment;indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group.Compared with the treatment group,the number of white blood cells and the number of neutrophils decreased in the treatment group for 7 days(P<0.05).The decrease of white blood cell count and neutrophil count in the treatment group was smaller(P<0.05).The number of white blood cells and neutrophils increased significantly in the treatment group at 21 days(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better leukocyte and neutrophil effects than the control group.4.KPS score: Compared with before treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than that before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the treatment group before treatment(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically different,suggesting that the control group The KPS scores after treatment were not significantly changed before treatment.The KPS scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the KPS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5.Safety indicators: There were no obvious abnormalities in the vital signs,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,and electrocardiogram of the two groups after the treatment.Research conclusions: The results of this study show that the combination of ginger and moxibustion combined with caffeic acid tablets in the treatment of leukopenia with spleen and kidney yang deficiency after chemotherapy for lung cancer is excellent in TCM symptom efficacy,TCM symptom score,white blood cell count,neutrophil count,KPS score,etc.In patients with simple oral caffeic acid tablets,there are no obvious abnormalities in safety indicators.For patients with leukopenia of spleen and kidney yang deficiency after chemotherapy for lung cancer,ginger moxibustion has obvious advantages,which can improve clinical symptoms,improve quality of life,reduce white blood cells,The incidence of neutropenia increases the tolerance of chemotherapy. |
