Objective: observe the clinical efficacy of he method of regulating muscle and mind acupuncture combined with eye movement in the treatment of cervical vertigo,and to provide a new idea for clinical treatment of cervical vertigo.Methods: 59 patients with cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups:the observation group(n = 29)and the control group(n = 30).In the observation group,Baihui,Sishencong,Fengchi(double),cervical 2 spinous process,cervical 2spinous process side(double),transverse process 1(double),transverse process 2(double)were selected for acupuncture,and eye movement was coordinated during needle retention;in the control group,routine acupuncture was given,both groups were treated once a day for 10 times.The changes of escv scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups,and the data were analyzed and compared.Results:1.After treatment,the scores of vertigo,neck and shoulder pain,headache,daily life and social adaptation and the total score of ESCV in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);2.After treatment,there was significant difference in the scores of vertigo,daily life and social adaptation between the two groups(P < 0.05),suggesting that the observation group was better than the control group in improving vertigo,daily life and social adaptation;3.There was no significant difference in neck and shoulder pain and headache scores between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05);4.There was significant difference in the total score of ESCV between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05),suggesting that the observation group was better than the control group in improving the total score of ESCV;5.The overall efficacy of the two groups was similar,but the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Acupuncture combined with eye movement and routine acupuncture can improve the dizziness,headache,daily life and social adaptability of patients with cervical vertigo.The observation group was better than the control group in vertigo,daily life and social adaptation,and the two groups had the same effect on neck and shoulder pain and headache,2.The overall efficacy of the two groups was similar,but the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.
