Observation Of The Curative Effect Of Massage And Acupuncture On Cervical Vertigo Based On The Theory Of Bone And Muscle Differentiation

Purpose: Under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation of muscles and bones,observe the vertigo visual analogue score(VAS value),the evaluation standard of vertigo curative effect and the change of neck artery blood flow velocity(TCD parameter)of the subjects before and after the treatment of massage combined with acupuncture,so as to prove the effect of massage and rehabilitation combined with acupuncture under the guidance of the theory of syndrome differentiation of muscles and bones on cervical vertigo,and provide a new way for the clinical treatment of cervical vertigo Train of thought.Material and method:From March 2019 to March 2020,60 patients who met the diagnosis of cervical vertigo in the outpatient and inpatient department of traditional Chinese Medicine Department of Shenyang Shenbei New District Central Hospital were selected in this study.According to the clinical manifestations,physical signs and imaging examination of the subjects,they were divided into cervical spondylosis group of vertebral artery type and cervical spondylosis group of sympathetic nerve type combined type.The patients were numbered according to the time sequence of treatment.After the course of treatment,the patients' vertigo visual analogue score(VAS value),vertigo curative effect evaluation standard and neck artery blood flow velocity(TCD parameter)were reevaluated.Results:1.Before and after treatment,the vas test data,TCM syndrome score and TCD parameters were compared in the vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis group.The results showed that P value was less than 0.01,which was statistically significant.2..Before and after treatment,in the sympathetic cervical spondylosis group,the vas test data comparison,TCM syndrome integral comparison and neck artery blood flow velocity(TCD parameter)comparison,the results showed that P value was less than 0.01,which was statistically significant.3.Before and after treatment,the vas test data,TCM syndrome score and TCD parameters were compared in the mixed cervical spondylosis group.The results showed that P value was less than 0.01,which was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Massage combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the blood flow velocity of carotid artery.2.Massage combined with acupuncture can significantly improve the symptoms of cervical vertigo patients.3.The effect of massage and rehabilitation combined with acupuncture on cervical vertigo under the system of syndrome differentiation of muscles and bones is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
