| Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of treating vertigo with atlantoaxial joint subluxation by means of rotatory reduction on the basis of the release of head,shoulder and neck and other related soft tissues after acupuncture at bilateral fengchi points.The mechanism and law of the treatment of vertigo with atlantoaxial joint subluxation by means of rotation reduction combined with acupuncture of bilateral fengchi points were discussed from the perspectives of meridians and collaterals,acupoints,qi and blood,modern anatomy,human myofascial chain,and biomechanics.To promote the standardization and individuation of the diagnosis and treatment of common and intractable vertigo diseases in the medical community,and to provide practical and theoretical support for the clinical promotion of rotary reduction method combined with acupuncture of bilateral wind pool points,an innovative and effective treatment model.It is expected that,with one and one hundred,we can develop a different way of thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of other common,multiple diseases and even complicated and complicated critical diseases,and give play to similar,innovative and more effective treatment ideas and methods.Also is throws this brick to lead the jade,if can get the general doctor to give instruction,mutually discusses its theory,consumptifies its clinical diagnosis and treatment,actually is very lucky.Method:To form the traditional Chinese medicine industry in ourcountry "standard of diagnosis of disease and curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine" in 2017 version,neurology branch of Chinese medical association in 2017 version of the expert consensus of diagnosis and treatment of vertigo diagnostic criteria and ming-sheng tan about vertigo,editor of the upper cervical surgery(people's medical publishing house published in August 2010),editor Wu Enhui diagnostics of medical imaging(people's medical publishing house published in January 2001)on the diagnosis of atlanto-axial joint subluxation standards as reference,according to time order to diagnosis,in both diagnosed with vertigo and diagnosed with atlanto-axial joint subluxation of 60 patients were selected from the group of patients,The Numbers ranged from 1 to 60,and the 60 subjects were divided into two groups using computer-generated random Numbers: the treatment group and the control group.Twice a week and two weeks constantly.The two groups were evaluated respectively before and after treatment by the criteria of TCM diagnosis and efficacy,symptom score and pain score.Collected data would be delt with SPSS version 20.0 in typical western logic,rigorous application mathematics form of mathematical modeling,quantitative analysis and summarized from the perspective of statistics,provide the basis for this study in this paper,the point of view and the reference,provide decision and support for the conclusion of this study.Result:1.Efficacy evaluation of TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.43%,and that of the control group was 92.86%.The comparison of the constituent ratio of the efficacy evaluation at all levels showed that the P value was 0.182,greater than 0.05.2.Symptom score: before treatment,the P value was 0.062,greater than0.05.The P value was less than 0.01 before and after treatment in the samegroup.After treatment,the P value was less than 0.01.The mean value of the difference of symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment was 9.982 in the treatment group and 7.714 in the control group.The mean value of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group.3.Regarding pain score: comparison between groups before treatment,the P value was 0.122,greater than 0.05.The P value was less than 0.01 before and after treatment in the same group.After treatment,the P value was less than 0.01.The mean difference of pain scores between the two groups before and after treatment was 4.036 in the treatment group and 3.000 in the control group.The mean value of the treatment group was greater than the mean value of the control group.4.About the incidence of adverse reactions: the P value was 0.313,greater than 0.05.Conclusion: The treatment of vertigo with atlantoaxial joint subluxation by using rotatory reduction combined with acupuncture at bilateral wind pool points or simply using rotatory reduction has better efficacy.The combined treatment do better in all which can calm down the symptoms of vertigo,relieve headache,shoulder and neck pain,improve self-care and social adaptability.On the basis of rotary reduction therapy and acupuncture of bilateral wind pool points,the incidence of adverse reactions was not increased,and the advantages and disadvantages were not increased. |
