With the rapid development of a new generation of smart technology,the country has upgraded smart technology to the level of national development strategy.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly stated that it is necessary to "accelerate the development of advanced manufacturing and promote the deep integration of the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence and the real economy." The number of high-voltage power transmission equipment in major domestic power grid companies has increased rapidly in the past five years.At the same time,the requirements for equipment operation and maintenance have continued to increase,but the number of employees has continued to decrease.The benefits are not good in the large environment.According to the existing operation and maintenance model,the improvement of production indicators is limited in energy efficiency,and even many planned tasks cannot be successfully completed.How to implement downsizing and increasing efficiency,improve the intelligence of transmission equipment operation and maintenance,and improve production efficiency and quality have become key issues that need to be solved urgently.The smart production of power transmission companies is based on traditional transmission lines,applying digital technologies such as the Internet of Things,mobile Internet,artificial intelligence,big data analysis,cloud computing,and integrating advanced sensor technology,information technology,control technology and other new technologies,new materials,and new equipment,With the characteristics of highly informatized,automated,and interactive.Since2015,G Grid has vigorously promoted intelligent terminals such as drones and online monitoring,and deeply integrated big data,intelligent AI and various information technology into the transmission production business.By 2020,it will be comprehensive in key sections of transmission lines.Equipped with corresponding professional video monitoring and condition monitoring equipment,and assisted by drones to complete the intelligent transformation of some lines,replace humans with intelligent machines,greatly reduce human resource input,and achieve the goal of intelligent production.Based on the current situation of intelligent development of G Grid Corporation,this subject uses the DEA model to calculate the efficiency of the company's intelligent input and output for a certain transmission operation and maintenance branch under its jurisdiction in the past five years,so as to calculate the benefits generated by intelligent machines instead of humans.It aims to explore whether the smart production of power transmission companies can solve the three major problems of operation and maintenance "cost","quality" and "efficiency",providing strong support for the company to reduce staff and increase efficiency and develop better in the larger environment.
