At present,with the impact of economic globalization and trade liberalization,the opportunities and challenges of enterprises in various countries have increased to a certain extent compared with those in the past,so higher requirements have been put forward for the management of enterprises.In the process of economic globalization,Chinese enterprises have market opportunities and market risks.At present,the gap between China’s enterprises and world-class excellent enterprises is not in the hard power such as infrastructure,but in the soft power such as management concept and management mode.In the manufacturing industry,most of the domestic manufacturing enterprises are at a low level of competition,so it is necessary to change the extensive production and operation mode and deepen innovation and reform.The production site is the main place for manufacturing enterprises to gain profits.Therefore,the relevant theories and tools of production line management can be effectively selected for specific manufacturing enterprises through analysis and comparison.The use of lean production and on-site management theory is an effective way for manufacturing enterprises to carry out production management at present,which can improve the management level and product quality to a certain extent,achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency,and promote enterprise development.Taking Hebei JY Company as the research object,this paper focuses on the related problems and improvement measures of its power converter products in the production management process.First of all,introduce the background and significance of this research,refer to the research situation of lean production and on-site management at home and abroad,and combine relevant theories as the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,through in-depth field investigation and combining with the actual situation,the standard working hours,production rhythm and line balance rate of the production line are calculated,and the quantitative analysis is carried out,and the problems in the production site are qualitatively analyzed according to the fishbone diagram.Finally,using production line balance,5S management,TPM and other methods,improve the existing problems of the power converter product line of Hebei JY Company,and establish a set of solutions suitable for its production management. |
