Home appliance industry is a fully competitive industry.Customers’ demand for product quality,cost,delivery date and safety is mature and rational.In the buyer’s market,production enterprises are required to have higher quality,faster delivery date and lower cost to meet the needs of customers.All these require the effectiveness and efficiency of internal production management.The production management of D Company is not optimized,resulting in high inventory of finished and semi-finished products,large capital occupation and long production cycle,which seriously affects the market competitiveness of the enterprise.Therefore,it is urgent to study the optimization of production management.Based on Lean Production,Advanced Planning and Scheduling(APS),and other production management theories and methods,this paper conducts a detailed investigation on the current situation of production management of Company D,analyzes in depth the problems of long delivery time and high WIP inventory of Company D,proposes and promotes the implementation of a systematic optimization scheme of production management of Company D based on lean production(LP),and improves,reduces The equipment layout is improved,realizing the flow production of parts and assembly;Through APS production scheduling,the standardization and efficiency of production scheduling are improved;The real-time and dynamic management and production of D Company are realized through warehousing informatization.Finally,it achieved one stream production,APS automatic production scheduling,and real-time dynamic storage management,greatly reducing the use of inventory funds in the factory,shortening the delivery time,and improving the production management capability.Finally,the paper summarizes the measures and methods for optimizing production management in three vertical and three horizontal directions,providing management experience and theoretical precipitation for the continuous improvement of production management level of D Company.The research results of this paper have made certain achievements in the application of D Company,which has promoted the improvement of enterprise production management capacity.At the same time,the research results can also serve as a reference for the optimization of production management of other similar enterprises. |
