Since the beginning of the 21 st century,China’s economy has continued to take off with the tide of reform and opening up.China has become the world’s manufacturing kingdom,the world’s largest economy,and the world’s most complete supply chain.At the same time,the rise and achievements of China’s scientific and technological innovation have aroused the vigilance of Western developed countries.The ensuing Sino-US bilateral trade war and Western countries’ high-tech blockade against China will undoubtedly curb China’s manufacturing industry.pace.As a result,anti-globalization and manufacturing reversion will inevitably hit China’s manufacturing industry.Based on the investigation of the current research status of production planning management,this thesis has learned the theoretical knowledge of aggregative production scheduling,master production scheduling,production scheduling and production execution management and lean production knowledge of just-in-time production and production constraints,to form an overall understanding of the production planning management knowledge system;and then use the theoretical knowledge of production planning process,rolling master production plan,Kanban-pull to analyze series of problems,such as high number of temporary-urgent production order,fluctuating utilization of production capacity,high inventory of semi-finished product,low utilization rate of resource in the operation management of X company and their causes,and finally define a series of countermeasures such as the improvement of the master production scheduling formulation process and method,the improvement of the production scheduling and the improvement of the production execution management.Strive to help X company improve its operational effectiveness and market competitiveness.At the same time,it can also help individuals improve their knowledge system in business operations.Finally,through the research of this thesis,in the main production plan of X company,a closed-loop process for increasing the rough capacity assessment of production resources was developed,and the method of increasing the customer forecast deviation table was used to accurately predict customer demand,thereby improving the main production plan.Reliability:In the production operation plan,a single-point production plan is developed to deliver the production plan to the final process section,and then the pull plan method of reverse transfer demand information from the final process section to the previous process section,which improves the information flow of the workshop production and operation Tightness and dynamic response capabilities;at the same time,an evaluation mechanism for rapid changeover and high-efficiency production and an optimal production line allocation mechanism have been added to ensure the maximum utilization of production resources;in terms of production operation plan execution management,a flexible manpower arrangement mechanism ensures manpower The resource utilization is maximized,and the dual-line assessment mechanism of OEE and timetable makes the production efficiency management more rigorous.
