| With the ever-changing changes in China’s economic environment,the market for the development of private medium-sized enterprise management level requirements are increasing.Private enterprise management foundation is weak,in the process of rapid development,the management level is difficult to keep up with the requirements,especially in human resources management,but also encountered dramatic changes in the human market,to find their own situation in line with the human resources management approach is important Topic.A company as a developing medium-sized private enterprises,the same face the above problems,and in performance management is particularly prominent.This paper studies the status quo of performance management system of Company A,analyzes with the theory and tries to optimize the performance management system.This paper is mainly based on analysis and induction.First,from the analysis of the background and present situation of the small and medium-sized chemical enterprises,the status quo of the performance management of the research firm A is summarized,and a series of problems in the performance management of the research object enterprises are summarized.The causes of these problems,namely the performance management system and the performance management organization Not sound,performance management objectives are not clear and do not have a performance appraisal program.Then,this paper reviews the concept of performance management and the relevant research results at home and abroad,lists the mainstream performance management tools that are validated by management practice,and makes a comparative study of these tools,and finally selects the combination of performance management tools suitable for the status and development of Company A.Finally,based on the previous research results,this paper puts forward a solution to optimize the performance management system of Company A,and describes the implementation details,based on the previous research results and the actual situation of the research object.Through the research,this paper puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the performance management system of the research object A company,through perfecting the performance management organization,clarifying the performance management level,determining the performance appraisal system and implementing the key point of application.The research results can not only improve the performance management level of A company,solve or alleviate the current performance management problems,have a far-reaching impact on enterprise development,but also as a reference for similar business performance optimization. |
