GL co.,LTD.is a chemical industry enterprise,set up time is short and currently it is in the early stage of development,the performance management system is incomplete and the relevant system is not sound as well the performance appraisal index system is not enough scientific and carrying out performance appraisal is not strong and professional.In the construction of methanol production project background,the GL company in absorption merger transition,scientific and reasonable performance management system.For the GL company,to ensure that the employees in accordance with company objectives,constraint employee behavior,stimulate staff's work enthusiasm,improve the efficiency of performance management and the important guarantee of achieving company goals.Based on the GL company as the research object,first of all,to discuss briefly with literature research that the related basic theory of performance management system and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of several kinds of performance management methods.Secondly,to analyze the current performance management system and master the methods of the current performance management process,performance appraisal index,etc.,Using the questionnaire and the statistics and analysis and interview to the staff of summary and induction,to point out the problems in the GL company performance management system for now.Again,according to company development stage and the actual situation of methanol project construction production.To clear optimization objectives and principles of performance management system and to use a variety of performance management methods to build GL company performance evaluation index system and to improve and enrich the performance plan and performance monitoring and performance appraisal and performance feedback of performance management link so that form the complete performance management system of the GL company.Finally,the supporting measures are summarized and refined to ensure the smooth operation of performance management system of the GL company.
