In the process of achieving enterprise goals,performance appraisal plays a very important role,and has been paid attention to by many enterprises and widely implemented.Due to the influence of Chinese traditional culture,there are too many human factors that affect the measurement of work performance.The enterprises and employees are artificially distinguished,and different performance appraisal systems are adopted to evaluate employees’ performance,which have a direct impact on the process and results of performance appraisal,resulting in different performance appraisal effects.After a long time,it will inevitably form a vicious circle,which will cause employees’ emotions and subjective feelings about performance appraisal,so that the positive significance of performance appraisal itself will be affected.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to proceed from their own actual situation,apply the theory and method of performance management,and strengthen their performance management to ensure the realization of their strategic goals.In this paper,by using the related methods of performance management,taking T Chemical Company as a specific case,the company’s current performance management system is systematically analyzed,and the existing problems and reasons are explored.According to the principles and objectives of evaluation index design,an evaluation index system that is in line with the actual situation of the enterprise is designed,the weight coefficient of the index is determined,and the corresponding suggestions on safeguard measures are put forward,and the company’s performance evaluation system is optimized to a certain extent.This paper is divided into five parts: the first stage,introduction.The second stage,theoretical basis.This paper discusses the related concepts of performance management and the related methods of performance management,such as target management method,key indicators performance index method,balanced scorecard,360-degree performance evaluation method,etc.,and gives the direction guidance for establishing the theoretical basis of this paper.The third part is the present situation of employees’ performance appraisal in T company,which briefly introduces the basic situation of the company and the present situation of performance appraisal.From the aspect of how to treat the problem of performance appraisal,the employees in the company are investigated in the form of questionnaires,so as to find out the problems and causes of the problems in performance appraisal.The fourth stage is the optimization of employee performance appraisal management system in T company.According to the principles and objectives of the design of the appraisal management system,a performance appraisal index system that can meet the current situation of the enterprise is established,and the index weight is further defined,so that the application mode of the appraisal index system can be established;The fifth stage,T Company’s performance management guarantee measures.Through research,this paper draws the strategic map of T Company,analyzes and optimizes the performance appraisal index system of the company,defines the weight coefficient of the appraisal index,optimizes the implementation process of performance appraisal,achieves the expected goal of the paper,enriches the research on the construction and optimization of performance management system in theory,has positive practical significance for the long-term development of the company,and provides a useful reference for similar enterprises in China to build performance management system.
