In the post-epidemic era,where the economic situation is complex and changeable and the market continues to be under pressure,it has become an important issue for enterprises to take advantage of the situation,build their own strong moat and improve their anti-risk ability.It is the uncertainty of the external environment that leads to the scarcity of social resources that makes the game between enterprises pay more attention to the scientific and standardized management of the internal human resources system.With the development process of R Company,the company’s governance model will also enter the critical period of transformation from "rule by man" to "rule by law",and performance management is an important breakthrough for R Company to break through the shackles of organizational development,successfully achieve the change of governance model,and solve these problems.This paper takes R Company as the main research object,analyzes its operation and management status and business situation from the whole to the part,and then gradually refines it to the part level of performance management.It comprehensively uses scientific research methods such as questionnaire,literature analysis,interview,case analysis,etc.to improve and optimize the performance problems of R Company and propose solutions,Then straighten out the performance management process,optimize the performance evaluation indicators,improve the performance management system,fully link the performance management with the enterprise strategy,integrate it with the enterprise management,and integrate it with all the employees of the company,with the ultimate goal of building a performance management system suitable for the actual situation of R company,realize the maximization of enterprise efficiency,and continuously improve the economic efficiency and per capita efficiency of the company.
