| Performance appraisal system plays an important role in the survival and development of enterprises.A set of effective performance appraisal system that conforms to the actual situation of the enterprise not only indicates the blueprint for the future development of the enterprise.At the same time,it also provides an assessment basis for the objective evaluation of employees’ efforts and achievements.It also clarify the gap between the expectations of the enterprise and the actual level of employees and put forward direction and goal for employees’ efforts.Private enterprises are limited by their own various factors and the influence of industrial environment.Performance management is still at a low level overall.The performance appraisal system of most private enterprises has not fully connected the performance of enterprises,departments and individuals,so that the performance appraisal system failed to play its due role,which makes corporate strategy difficult.In this paper,the Steel Metallurgy Manufacturing Firm—MF company is selected as the research object.Through the in-depth study of performance evaluation’s related theory and methods combined with MF company’s present situation,the paper analyzes the problems of MF company’s Performance Appraisal System,finds the real reasons of these problems and proposes the optimization scheme.It mainly analyzes the designment ideas and principles of MF company on the basis of systematic thinking.It also combines the company and industry reality,the Target Management,the Balanced Scorecard Method,the key Performance Indicators and the Analytic Hierarchy Process.Based on enterprise strategy and industry practice,MF company uses the four dimensions— finance,customer,internal operation process and learning and growth to construct the MF company’s Performance Appraisal System,which is analysed layer by layer and carried out step by step.Finally,the system of performance assessment is the breakthrough point to comprehensively improve MF company’s human resource management level,and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.At the same time,to ensure the smooth implementation of MF performance appraisal system,it puts forward corresponding safeguard measure to make sure the performance appraisal system can play a practical role. |
