At present,it is a critical period for geological prospecting enterprises to respond to the call of national supply-side reform for functional transformation and development,and the geological prospecting enterprises formed after the "Public Institutions to Enterprises" transformation are participating in the stimulating market competition.However,there are a lot of problems left by human resource management in enterprises,and the brain drain is serious.The main reason is that performance appraisal can no longer meet the needs of its development.Using scientific performance management,expanding the competitive advantage of enterprises,effectively motivating employees to attract talents and achieving strategic objectives have become the focus of attention of business managers.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth study on the optimization of performance management system in geological prospecting enterprises.This is of great significance to DK Company's own improvement and development,and also provides an example for enterprises with the same performance management problems in the geological industry.This is of great significance to DK Company's own improvement and development,and also provides an example for enterprises with the same performance management problems in the geological industry.Firstly,this paper starts from the overview of performance management theory to clarify the relationship between performance appraisal,performance management and performance management system.This paper makes a comparative study of the advantages,disadvantages and scope of application of the popular performance management methods,such as the Balanced Score Card,Key Performance Indicator,Management by Objectives and360-degree Appraisal and introduces the PDCA cycle theory,which lays a theoretical foundation for the selection of performance management methods and process construction.Secondly,this paper investigates and analyses the current situation and existing problems ofperformance management in DK Company.This paper summarizes the problems existing in DK company's performance management,such as lack of awareness of performance management,incomplete performance management process,unreasonable performance index system,less communication and feedback mechanism,one-sided application of performance evaluation results,single evaluation method and deviation of subjective factors,etc.It demonstrates the necessity of optimizing DK Company's performance management system.Thirdly,aiming at the problem of discovery,the optimum design scheme of performance management system is put forward.Choosing KPI as the core method of performance management to construct PDCA cycle system of strategic-oriented performance management;perfecting the organizational system of performance management;establishing a performance index system combining qualitative and quantitative methods;constructing a two-way interactive dynamic performance implementation process;designing scientific and fair performance evaluation;introducing performance feedback links;strengthening resulting application of performance assessment.Finally,the feasibility of the optimal design of performance management system is evaluated.And,the author puts forward the safeguard measures from the perspective of propaganda and education,system construction,budget management,risk control,cultural training and information technology.DK company's performance management system optimization fully considers the integrity of the system and the perfection of the cycle,establishes a performance communication and feedback mechanism,pays attention to the core guiding role of strategic objectives,aligns individual goals with enterprise goals,emphasizes the construction of "performance management information system platform + Internet of things" mode,and strengthens the collection and in-depth mining of performance management information.
