Gas station master,as the core talent of the gas station,is the key basic position of the oil sales enterprise,which is of great significance to the continuous improvement of the market competitiveness of the high quality operation of the gas station.Under the strategic background of X Oil Company accelerating the construction of smart gas station,embracing the "four revolutions",crossing the "four gateways" and building a world-class energy and chemical enterprise,it vigorously promotes the expansion of new energy business and the new modern advanced management mode,which puts forward higher requirements for the construction of the three talent teams.This paper takes X Oil Company as an example,takes the group of station owners as the research object,and focuses on the selection and training of station owners,an important group in the skill operation talent team.This paper first puts forward the question,explains the purpose and significance of the research,and expounds the content and method of the research.The second chapter describes the connotation of selection and training,the theory of person-post matching,the post competency model,EASE model and other basic theories,and reviews and evaluates the relevant literature.The third chapter takes X Oil Company as an example,describes the ways and methods of X Oil Company's selection and training of station stationmaster,and analyzes the existing problems and causes of X Oil Company's selection and training of station stationmaster.In chapter four,from the aspects of selection,training,cultivation,talent assessment and career planning,the paper puts forward the selection and training optimization strategy for station stationmaster which is suitable for the characteristics of X Oil Company and is operable and feasible.Through literature analysis and interview,this paper extracts the competency factors of station master post,and introduces and improves the competency model of station master post based on the understanding of competency.Based on the post competency model of station master,this paper analyzes the staff quality required for this post,and according to the results of the analysis,clarifies the qualifications and duties of the post,which serves as the criteria for selection and training.Through the establishment of "strict selection process transparent,detailed training process,dynamic feedback training effect,the overall work closed-loop high efficiency",the working train of thought of building "based on competency model,stick to the two principles and reasonable design program,built the webmaster reserve" effective mechanism,makes the selection and training company station stationmaster more scientific,standardized.Finally,the author puts forward the implementation steps and safeguard measures for the selection and training of station master,and puts forward the prospect of the comprehensive application of post competency model in human resource management.
