The 21st century is an era of human-centered management.Human resource management and development has increasingly shown an irreplaceable role in laying the core competitiveness of enterprises,enhancing the vitality of enterprises,and gaining competitive advantages.It is also an indispensable component of the overall strategic implementation of enterprises.When we ushered in the era of knowledge economy,the company's work content,organizational structure,etc.have undergone earth-shaking changes,and increasingly flexible features,barriers between various departments have been broken,in this case,to improve human resources Management effectiveness,we must find the most appropriate management mode in the shortest time.The competency model is being used as a new tool,an effective tool,widely used in various modules in human resource management,and is becoming an important tool to help companies expand their competitive advantage.In order to develop a scientific and reasonable competency model,human resource management will continue to revitalize vitality,put forward higher requirements for employees,and pay more attention to the deep-seated characteristics of employees,in terms of recruitment,training,assessment and salary design.It plays a very important role in enabling enterprises to be more effective in matching people,positions and organizations,fully exploiting the intrinsic potential of employees,enhancing their competency,and using reasonable incentives to retain employees.This paper uses the concept of competency to study the competency model of the staff of Sanju Company and the training system based on the competency model.Firstly,it analyzes and summarizes the status quo of competency at home and abroad,and introduces the relevant research theories of competency,training and competency-based training.Secondly,it takes Sanju Company as the research object,the general situation of Sanju Company,the status quo of staff training and The existing problems were analyzed and summarized.Finally,combined with the advanced competency quality concept in human resource management,questionnaires,behavioral event interviews,semi-structured interviews and benchmarking enterprise analysis methods were used to construct the competency model of Sanju company management posts and employee posts.Through the analysis of training needs,training system design,training plan implementation and training effect evaluation of Sanju,the training system of Sanju Company based on competency model is constructed and perfected,and the safeguard measures are designed according to the model.This paper adopts the combination of theory and practice,combined with the competency model,to accurately locate the training activities.This is the prerequisite for improving the training effect,which can effectively improve the effectiveness of training activities and the feasibility of training implementation,and achieve the established training objectives.At the same time,reduce training costs.
