As the basic cell of energy enterprises,the teams carry on the duty of production management.As well-known,the quality and ability of shift leaders have a direct relation with workers' performance and products' quality.In modern society,training has become the significant way to improve the staffs' quality.Therefore,to build the training system of the shift leaders has a profound effect on full development of shift leaders' personal potential and career achievement,and helps the enterprises to achieve organization strategy.According to Company SH's strategy of high-effective,this paper takes the shift leaders,the managers at the basic level,as a research object.Based on the study of Competency Model,this paper initially builds the Competency Model of shift leaders,which will contribute to the training system optimizing.Firstly,this paper introduces the definition and characteristics of shift leaders,reviews the relating training and competency theory both inside and outside the country as well.Then,using the method of combining questionnaire investigation with interview investigation to discover the main problem of the original training system of Company SH,the writer concluded that the company's training system lack of competence characteristics.Using the problem oriented discussion,this paper bases on the study of competency theory and current training system research,and utilize behavioral event interview and questionnaire to construct a set of shift leaders' competency characteristics and competency model of Company SH.Moreover this paper optimize the training system of Company SH form training demand analysis,training plan making,training implementation,and training evaluation,according to the actual situation and industrial characteristics of Company SH.
