With the development of the times,the level of population urbanization in our country has been continuously improved,and people's insurance awareness has become stronger and stronger,so it has also brought opportunities for the development of our insurance industry.The scale of the insurance industry is constantly expanding,and competition in the insurance industry is becoming increasingly fierce.Therefore,the requirements for the business capabilities of personnel in various sectors of the insurance industry are becoming higher and higher.Insurance marketers,as the front-line personnel of the company to participate in the competition,have greatly promoted the development and progress of the company,so the training of insurance marketers has become a top priority.In recent years,competency theory has been widely used in various areas of human resources.Many companies have used competency theory for personnel training,but research on competency model training for insurance company marketing personnel is extremely rare.This article uses FD insurance company as an example.First,the Interview method was used to determine the competency factors of the marketers,and a questionnaire for insurance marketers was designed based on the determined competence factors.Then factor analysis was used to analyze the questionnaire data to establish a competency model for insurance marketers.Expert scores on factors affecting marketer competency based on the marketer competency model,and descriptive statistics of the questionnaire data,comparison of index data ranking and index weight ranking,found that employees lacked competence.A survey was conducted on the training satisfaction of insurance marketers.It was found that employees were not satisfied with the existing training system.Therefore,they investigated the current training situation of insurance marketing personnel and analyzed the reasons for the company's existing insufficient training.ADDIE model was used to optimize the training system.According to the process of training demand analysis,training course design,training development,training implementation and training effect evaluation,the insurance marketing personnel training system has been established.Finally,the optimized training system and the improvement of the existing training system are analyzed.In addition,relevant guidance suggestions are provided to ensure that the training work is carried out more effectively.
