Under the intensified competition among enterprises,the core is the competition of talents,which is of great significance to strategy achievement and sustainable development of enterprises.The middle-level managers,both decision-makers and executors,play an important role in the development of enterprises.Therefore,the establishment of a scientific,complete and efficient middle-level managers' training system basing on competency model will further promote the realization of a enterprise's talent strategy and ensure its rapid,healthy and sustainable development.Taking A company as the research object,this thesis analyzes problems in current training and proposes a middle-level managers' training system based on competency model.First of all,the paper reviews the research results of domestic and foreign scholars in the training system based on competency model.Then it summarizes the main content,research methods and relevant theories of competency and competency model construction,laying a theoretical foundation for the following research.Secondly,through various survey on the current training situation of A company,it has been found that there are problems such as the lack of systematic training plan,random analysis of training needs and less training on competency in the middle-level managers' training system.Thirdly,on the basis of above research,this paper determines the competency model of middle-level managers and further designs a training system that includes demand analysis,scheme design,process implementation and effect evaluation.In the end,the author proposes the corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,development,teacher resources and effect evaluation for the effective implement of the training system.
