Water resources allocation aims to take certain engineering and non engineering measures to transform,plan,connect and manage the spatial distribution of water resources,so as to develop and utilize the existing water resources and flood control system according to the natural conditions,so as to meet the requirements of sustainable development and the goal of sustainable utilization of water resources.Xueye lake is one of the most important industrial,agricultural and ecological water sources in Laiwu district.The water supply structure is relatively single,water resource abandonment occurs from time to time in flood season,and the utilization rate of water resources is low.Under the background of increasing local production and domestic water demand,it is necessary to optimize the allocation of water resources of Xueye lake.Taking Xueye Lake as the research object,combined with the research on the optimal allocation of existing water resources,this thesis forecasts the water supply and demand according to the utilization of water resources and existing allocation problems of Xueye lake,constructs the optimal allocation model of water resources of Xueye lake,and optimizes the water resources supply by using the method of multi-objective programming.Firstly,based on the theoretical analysis of water resources allocation,taking 2019 as the current level year,this thesis studies and analyzes the current situation of water resources development and utilization of Xueye lake,mainly including two aspects:the amount of water resources and the current situation of water resources development and utilization.Then,the supply and demand of water resources in Xueye lake are predicted,and the supply and demand balance analysis is carried out.It is concluded that under the condition of normal water year(P=50%),the water demand of each water demand unit is met.In dry years(P=75%)and extremely dry years(P=95%),the water supply and demand of Xueye lake is obviously unbalanced.On this basis,the optimal allocation model of water resources of Xueye lake is established,and the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the corresponding conclusions of optimal allocation of water resources are obtained,that is,in the forecast year 2025 and dry year(P=75%),the water supply to Daye reservoir will be 10.5025 million m~3,the industrial water demand will be39.59 million m~3,the agricultural water demand will be 9.9915 million m~3,the ecological water demand will be 9.276 million m~3,and the total water shortage rate will be 8.07%;In extremely dry years(P=95%),it will supply 9.4 million m~3of water to Daye reservoir,32.2216 million m~3of industrial water,8.4754 million m~3of agricultural water,2.503 million m~3of ecological water and he total water shortage rate is 24.1%.Through the research and analysis of the optimal allocation of water resources in Xueye lake,this thesis obtains the ideas,methods and Countermeasures of the optimal allocation of water resources in Xueye lake,which can provide a certain reference for the relevant research of similar water resources allocation projects.
