Yuehe River Basin,located in Ankang City,southeast of Shaanxi Province,is an important source of water resources in Ankang City.However,the annual fluctuation of surface water resources and the uneven distribution of water resources during the year have caused great difficulties for the exploitation and utilization of water resources in the Yuehe River basin of Ankang City,so it is necessary to optimize the allocation of water resources in the region of Ankang City.In this study,the Yuehe River Basin in Ankang City is taken as the research object,The main contents and achievements are as follows:(1)The water resources quantity,water resources quality,availability,characteristics of water resources and the conditions of exploitation and utilization of water resources in Yuehe River basin are analyzed,and the allocation principles of water resources are formulated.The utilization rate of surface water is low and the water supply only accounts for 22%of the resources,and there is still some potential for exploitation and utilization of the surface water in the Yuehe River Basin.(2)The present situation of the construction of the water source project in the basin,the actual water supply and demand and the current level of water use are evaluated,the balance of supply and demand of the present situation is calculated,and the control indexes and implementation of the "three red lines" in the watershed are analyzed.The problems in the development and utilization of water resources in the basin are pointed out.(3)Using the method of comprehensive urban water consumption index of planning level to predict the water demand of development zone and demonstration area respectively,and to forecast the available water supply for the surface and underground water source projects in the basin.It is predicted that the watershed water demand in 2030 will be 166.96 million m3,of which 34.01 million m3 in Hanyin County and 132.95 million m3 in Hanbin District,and 319.71 million m3 in which surface water 300.78 million m3,groundwater 14.57 million 13,recycled water 4.36 million m3 and other unconventional water sources,such as Hanyin County and Hanbin District,are estimated to be 319.71 million m3,300.78 million m3,14.57 million m3 and 4.36 million m3 respectively.(4)According to the concept of sustainable and coordinated development,the obj ective of optimal allocation of water resources in Yuehe River Basin is analyzed,and the optimal allocation model of water resources is established based on the principle of maximum comprehensive benefit of economic,social and environmental objectives.The dynamic programming method is used to solve the model,and the optimal allocation scheme of the key allocation units in Yuehe River Basin is obtained.The scheme basically meets the needs of social and economic sustainable development and ecological civilization construction in Yuehe River Basin.
