As we all know,water is not only the basis of human survival,but also the basic guarantee of social development.Due to the rapid development of social economy and the increase of population,the contradiction between the supply and demand of water resources is increasingly prominent.How to solve the contradiction between supply and demand,scientific and rational development,utilization,distribution of water resources,has become the research direction of many scholars.The research object of this paper is the optimal allocation of water resources in the water demand area of henan province for the Yellow River diversion project to hebei replenishment lake.Due to the social and economic development,the water consumption in the water demand area keeps increasing,and the water shortage itself causes the water resources in the water supply area to fail to meet the demand more and more.Therefore,in order to ensure the sustainable economic and social development of the water demand area and the people's life not affected,the optimal allocation of water resources in the water demand area is studied.Firstly,this paper gives a brief introduction to the research background and significance of this paper.At the same time,it elaborates the development process,research theory and research method of optimal allocation of water resources at home and abroad.Based on the actual situation of the water demand area of henan province in the project of bringing Yellow River into hebei replenishment lake area,the data of physical geography,social economy,hydrology and meteorology in the water demand area are collected,sorted out and analyzed.The present situation of water resources in water demand area and the development and utilization degree of water resources are analyzed.And the actuality of water development and utilization for water use in recent years were analyzed,and the use of water resources prediction theory and method to solve the future planning and years of life,production and ecological water requirement in the future planning and supply amount is forecasted,and according to the situation of water supply and demand forecast according to gradually increase the control measures of thinking to develop a set of supply and demand of combination plan,build the multi-objective optimization allocation of water resources model and using the Lingo software to solving schemes for the combination,recommend the applicable to solve the optimal scheme of water resources planning level years.And combined with the current situation of water demand area in the development and utilization of water resources in the process of problems.The countermeasures and Suggestions of water demand area in the future development and utilization of water resources are put forward.
