| At present,the increasing juvenile crime rate and the increasing types of criminal acts have formed a serious social problem,which needs the attention of all parties in the society.When the connection between the individual and the society is weak,deviant and criminal behaviors will appear,and improving and repairing the personal social support network can realize the benign development of minors.At present,the social support network of juvenile delinquents has the problems of insufficient family support,bad peer guidance and single source of social support.The intervention of social work theories and methods in the process of help and education can help them improve their ability to use resources and expand the support network.In view of the above problems,this study is guided by the social support network theory,applies the case study method in qualitative research,and carries out the practice in combination with the juvenile delinquent education project of L Youth Social Work Service Center of Z City.The case study aims at helping the client to expand support network and strengthen network connection,and explores the process of social workers’ intervention in juvenile delinquent cases from four aspects: individual support,family support,peer group support and social environment support.It is found that the intervention of case work in juvenile delinquency can effectively promote the awareness of resource utilization and embody the practical value of social support network theory.It is necessary to follow multi-level intervention strategy,strengthen practical application ability,innovate help and education service with The Times,and strengthen publicity of judicial social work.While maintaining and carrying forward the judicial social work with Chinese characteristics,we should better promote the modernization process of helping and educating juvenile delinquents in China,so as to enhance the effectiveness of juvenile judicial social work. |
