| After the establishment of the conditional non prosecution system,social work was introduced into the field of juvenile justice,demonstrating irreplaceable professional advantages.This study takes the conditional non prosecution case of Xiao Li,a juvenile involved in a crime,involving judicial social workers as an example.Based on ABC theory and social learning theory,it uses integrative social work methods to carry out complete case legal assistance and education services,and uses qualitative research to study the practical process.Judicial social workers have participated in the entire process of legal assistance and education for minors involved in crimes.From receiving cases and understanding the basic situation of the service object,evaluating the problems and needs of the service object at the legal awareness level,formulating legal assistance and education goals and plans,to implementing services at three levels,namely,legal awareness correction,legal knowledge education,and legal literacy improvement,to closing and evaluating cases,an integrated legal assistance and education service mechanism has been formed,the purpose is to help juvenile delinquents improve their legal awareness and literacy,and smoothly return to society.Summarize the legal assistance and education services that judicial social workers have participated in,and draw a conclusion that when judicial social workers provide legal assistance and education services,the selection of theoretical basis is appropriate,the use of work methods is suitable,social work has professional advantages,and legal assistance and education services are effective.In addition,the shortcomings in theory,methods,professional competence,and practical work models are found,and corresponding improvement suggestions are proposed,in order to provide material and reference for future research on legal assistance and education models and theories involving juvenile delinquency. |
