Juveniles involved in crimes are faced with life crisis,their problems often come from more than one source,and they should get more comprehensive social help and education.The crime causes of minors involved in crime are more diverse.Problems in themselves,families,schools,society and other aspects become the thrust and pull of crime.Crime is a concentrated outbreak of problems faced by minors involved in crime.Minors suffer serious setbacks in the process of socialization,which affects the completion of life tasks.It is particularly important for minors involved in crime to carry out social help and education.In the process of social help and education,it is difficult to solve various problems only by relying on the power of minors involved in crimes,their families and social workers,due to service factors such as being divorced from specific situations,undiversified perspectives,not establishing action system,and imperfect combination of multiple disciplines.Therefore,in the context of judicial work,how to integrate multiple resources in the action system and use social forces to help and teach the service object has become an urgent problem to be solved.In the judicial context,social workers play the roles of resource linker,maintainer and educator.From the perspective of system,social workers in the help and education as the change of the media system,under the guidance of the target system,gradually establish the action system,help the service object system,so that the minors involved in crime along the social development,complete the task of life.In this study,the case of W,a minor involved in crime,is selected as the research object.Social workers undertake the task of observation,care and education of the service objects,and provide therapeutic and developmental services such as psychological counseling,family relationship reconstruction and social resource integration.Based on the existing social assistance and education of X District Procuratorate,innovation is made from the perspective of system theory.Adopt the case study method,use the system theory perspective.In social investigation and social help and education,through interviews and observations,the individual,family and social relations of the minor W involved in the crime were evaluated,and it was found that the root of the problem came from the family system and extended to other subsystems.In view of W’s problems such as poor emotional control,low sense of value,poor parent-child relationship and lack of support in the social system,emotional counseling,family integration and social guidance were conducted to guide the service object to link to the action system,so as to obtain support and stabilize.It focuses on the individual and family system of the service object,and cares for the social,school,community and legal system to carry out situational intervention.At the beginning and end of the study,Little W’s mother was asked to fill in the Family Relationship Scale(Appendix B),and Little W and her mother were asked to fill in the Family Function Assessment Scale(Appendix C)respectively.Through comparison of scale data and evaluation of service effectiveness,it is found that the service object W has had significant positive changes and started to improve her abilities in all aspects,establish and maintain a system of action,and adapt to the society better.Through the research,it is found that the system theory enhances the social support of the service object through the intervention of the service object individual,family,social,school,community,law and other systems.It is effective to establish social support system,social readjust and prevent recrime for the overall solution of the problem of service object.Therefore,it is effective to intervene in helping and teaching juveniles involved in crime from the perspective of system theory. |
