A Case Study On The Social Assistance Of Minors Involved In Crime

The influence of juvenile delinquency on the whole society continues to accumulate,and the influence is deeper and more extensive than that of adult crime.Some research data point out that the proportion of prisoners who have experienced breaking the law in their minor years is nearly 30%,of which more than 60% have bad behavior habits,which shows that it is of great significance to intervene in juvenile delinquency.In recent years,all aspects of society are calling for the improvement of the judicial protection system for minors,and in this context,actively exploring social work in line with the current actual situation of teaching practice,for the establishment of scientific and standardized social help model is of great significance.The research object of this study is the juvenile involved in crime,through the use of social support theory and cognitive behavior theory,follow the principle of personalization,social work professional methods to provide services to the perpetrators.Through practice to explore the methods and theories of social help for juveniles involved in crime.After several services,basically achieve the goal,rebuild the social support of the research object,promote its smooth inspection through the procuratorate,and finally return to society,and start a positive life again.This case confirms that the social work profession is suitable for intervention in social help and has a significant effect.The intervention part of the study mainly starts from two different stages of investigation and conditional non-prosecution investigation.The main contents of the first phase of intervention include social investigation,relationship building and emotional guidance,while in another stage,the main content of intervention includes capacity-building,linking resources for research objects and promoting social reintegration,mainly direct intervention.The study found that the theory of professional values and methods of social work has a significant effect on the development of social helper services and the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of minors involved in crimes,the construction of professional teams of social helpers still needs to be strengthened,and the government and society should work together to provide a new way of thinking for exploring the localized model of social helper education and perfecting the judicial system.
