President Xi Jinping once said,"Children and young people are the future of the motherland and the hope of the Chinese nation," While the diversified trend of social development can solve the problem,it also produces many new problems.The new generation of teenagers grow up in the era of abundant material,and the rapid social development process ignores the education of moral civilization for teenagers,resulting in frequent juvenile crimes.However,in the work of juvenile crime and protection,all sectors of society pay more attention to the effect of correctional education,ignoring the needs and problems of minors,which increases the possibility of their reoffending.Juveniles involved in crimes have the psychological characteristics of sensitivity,inferiority,emotional,etc.,and their criminal problems also cause difficulties in adapting to society and inner imbalance.Both growth experience and criminal label will bring obstacles to their interpersonal communication,and it is difficult to establish a social support network.In the work of serving minors involved in crime,attention is not paid enough to their social situation and interpersonal relationship,so the room for improvement of interpersonal situation is very limited.In order to help the minors involved in the crime smoothly return to study and work life.In this paper,case services are carried out according to their interpersonal skills,so that minors involved in crimes can reasonably solve interpersonal problems,develop interpersonal networks and obtain more social support.Due to the diversified characteristics of juvenile delinquency,there are many variables affecting the service effect.In order to ensure the objectivity of the research,this paper selected three criminal gang cases from different cases in the judicial help and education project as the research objects,conducted a social investigation on them,and analyzed and solved the problem of criminal cases with the guidance of cognitive behavioral theory,moral development theory and interpersonal needs theory.Enlighten the client to solve interpersonal contradictions,improve interpersonal skills.At the same time,the improvement of social ability is conducive to the client’s confidence building and potential development,so as to face life positively.According to the evaluation results,the scale results and living conditions of the three subjects have been significantly improved.They are more humble and polite to relatives and strangers in life,and they can seek solutions more rationally when encountering problems.They have the courage and ability to develop interpersonal relationships in the new environment.Thus,it can be seen that the selection of cognitive behavioral theory,moral development theory,interpersonal needs theory and the application of case work method in the improvement of interpersonal skills are effective,but there are still shortcomings in the practical process such as poor coordination of resources and low degree of client cooperation in the initial stage of intervention.This fully demonstrates that we still need to continue to explore and accumulate experience in interpersonal issues involving minors,and hope to gain more attention and support from all sectors of society,so as to promote the development of the cause of protecting and preventing juvenile crimes. |
