Preschool teachers are the cornerstone of the development of preschool education.The quality of preschool teachers in ethnic minority areas affects the development of preschool education in ethnic minority areas.At present,the gender imbalance is the norm of kindergarten teachers,and the difficulty of male teachers is one of the important reasons,especially those who have not worked for a long time.Kindergarten male teachers are an indispensable part of the kindergarten teachers,kindergarten male teachers are of great significance to the growth of children.Based on the importance of kindergarten male teachers and the study of ethnic minority areas,the method of narrative research,discusses the influence factors of the kindergarten male L teachers,the education enlightenment,in order to promote the development of preschool education in ethnic areas.On the basis of determining the theoretical basis of the research,this study conducted a 3-month tracking study in R Garden,which learned the basic situation of professional adaptation.In this study,empirical materials were obtained by observation,interview and text analysis,and the educational stories of L teachers’ professional adaptation were presented in the way of narrative research.In the middle,the dimensions of professional identity,cultural adaptation,work adaptation and interpersonal adaptation were interspersed to refine the professional adaptation of L teachers.This study analyzes the complex emotions and mental course in the process of L teachers’ career adaptation,and found that L teachers have a period of expectation and disappointment,frustration and challenge,and adjustment and improvement.The factors affecting L teachers and external factors are educational experience,identity,cultural identity and professional ability;external factors are economic development level in ethnic areas,interpersonal relationship,support provided by kindergartens and social recognition of male and preschool teachers.Therefore,this study puts forward the educational enlightenment of primary male teachers in ethnic areas from the aspects of male teachers,kindergarten and society.Male teachers: make pre-job preparation,improve self-cognition level,improve professional identity and enhance national cultural consciousness;in kindergarten: create harmonious interpersonal relationship and provide reasonable work and life support.Social aspect: form the correct public opinion,ethnic area policy tilt. |
