The smooth transition of the entry period for beginning teachers in kindergarten will not only contribute to their own professional development,but also help to improve the quality of preschool education.It is revealed that the core goal of beginning teachers' kindergarten adaptation is to promote the improvement of teacher professionalism and the professionalism of teachers The level of development directly affects the development of children's physical and mental health.At present,most of the researches on the occupational adaptation of new teachers are mainly in primary and middle school teachers,and there are few studies focusing on the occupational adaptation of new teachers in kindergartens.How to make the beginning teachers of kindergarten smoothly through the period of vocational adaptation has become a practical problem in the field of preschool education that needs urgent attention.Based on the problems existing in the course of career adaptation for first-time teachers in kindergartens,this study selected 102 kindergartens(6 private kindergartens and 6 public kindergartens)in Yuhua District,Qiaoxi District,High-tech Zone,and Xinhua District of Shijiazhuang City that met the sample requirements.As a research object,new teachers were interviewed with some new teachers and veteran teachers.The study found that there are the following problems in the process of career adaptation for first-time teachers in kindergartens: First,the difficulty of changing professional roles;Second,the lack of professional skills reserves;Third,the professional psychological conflicts are obvious;Fourth,the professional interpersonal relationship is complex;Fifth,the occupational environment is not well adapted.Aiming at the existing problems,the further analysis of its influencing factors is mainly attributed to three categories: First,the kindergarten teachers themselves: the multiple roles of professional roles affect self-identification,personality differences affect interpersonal harmony,professional expectations affect psychological adjustment,and employment motivation Initiatives in learning;Second,internal factors in kindergartens: The vocational training system is not yet complete,theevaluation system for first-time teachers is unscientific,and the mode of management of the principal is poor;Third,external factors in kindergartens: the lack of support mechanisms for entry-level teachers,preschool education funding Insufficient investment.Finally,based on the analysis of the problems and reasons of the kindergarten beginners 'professional adaptation,three suggestions are put forward: First,the kindergarten teachers should give full play to their initiative;Second,the kindergarten should provide effective training and management support;Third,the government should give adequate Financial support and policy guarantees.
