As an important part of the preschool education team in my country,male kindergarten teachers conduct research on their careers,which not only enable the researches to obtain educational inspiration and promote their professional development,but also provide useful reference for male teachers and enhance their confidence in staying in kindergartens..At the same time,through the "in-depth description" of male teachers’ career history,revealing the status of their survival and development is conducive to deepening the society’s understanding of male teachers in kindergartens,attracting kindergarten attention to male teachers,thereby retaining male teachers and maintaining the preschool education team The gender balance in order to promote the harmonious growth of children’s body and mind and the development of preschool education.This study selects two male kindergarten teachers with 8 years of teaching experience and 12 years of teaching experience respectively as the research objects,and uses narrative research methods to try to return to the most authentic and rich educational practice and fully demonstrate the career status of the two male teachers..Through the description of different stages of the career history,the article highlights the key events and key figures in the career history,and reproduces the panorama of the interviewee’s career.The narratives of the careers of the two male teachers are mainly presented in the order of time development.The research results show that the careers of the two male teachers are influenced by individual and environmental factors.The two teachers have their own unique career stories,and there are also common factors affecting their careers.These common factors can be roughly divided into two categories.For the following four aspects: male teacher himself,family,kindergarten and society.The personal love and steadfastness of male teachers are the cornerstones of sticking to their posts;family support is the support for male teachers to stick to their posts;the excellent environment provided by kindergartens is an important condition for male teachers to stick to their posts;gender stereotypes are for male teachers to stick to their posts barrier.Finally,on the basis of the narration of the career history of the two interviewees,the article uses gender theory and teacher career development theory as the theoretical basis,and promotes the development of male kindergarten teachers from four aspects: personal,family,kindergarten,and society.Provide relevant suggestions for career development.Male teachers themselves should liberate traditional gender concepts,strengthen their beliefs,and strengthen professionalism;kindergartens should provide targeted guidance,create a communication platform and development space;families should give understanding and create a warm and harmonious atmosphere;relevant departments should increase social publicity and change public stereotypes Concept.
