In recent years,the predicament of gender imbalance of preschool teachers has aroused extensive discussion among the public and many scholars.But after entering the field of preschool education,male teachers failed to achieve their self-worth as the public expected.In fact,under the actual social environment and living conditions of kindergarten,their occupational situation gradually falls into a new crisis,many fresh blood is rapidly lost,and the survival of male kindergarten teachers is threatened again.Based on this,it is found through the relevant literature review that it is difficult for male kindergarten teachers to achieve occupational adaptation is an important reason for the brain drain,and is the root cause of the continuous departure of male kindergarten teachers.In order to further clarify the real status and understand the obstacles of male kindergarten teachers’ occupational adaptation.Author adopts a case study on the occupational adaptation of a G male kindergarten teacher as the research object.By presenting the different performances of occupational adaptation of teacher G,such as the period of pre-service training,new entry,occupational conflict and occupational adjustment,author clarifies the practical dilemma of male kindergarten teachers’ occupational adaptation.In this study,based on the difficult adaptation situation of teacher G,author summarizes the process characteristics,clarifies the effective experience,according to the different ecological environment in the theory of ecosystem,in-depth analyzes the impact of microsystem,mesosystem,external system and macrosystem on male kindergarten teacher’s occupational adaptation,and clarifies the fundamental factors that affect the differences in the occupational adaptation of male kindergarten teachers.Based on the research findings,author puts forward important strategies and suggestions for promoting the occupational adaptation of male kindergarten teachers: optimizing the micro support of the occupational adaptation,exploring the positive meso guarantee of the occupational adaptation,creating the external atmosphere to help the occupational adaptation,and building the macro environment suitable for the occupational adaptation of male kindergarten teachers.Through these powerful forces of all walks of life,to help male kindergarten teachers successfully achieve occupational adaptation. |
